2020 YRALIS ANNUAL SPRING MEETING

BY LAWS

The By Laws were last reviewed and amended in 2008 and it was time for a review. 

Please read the revisions posted on the website where we have also posted a version with the changes for comparison. 

Nominating Committee

Each year at the Spring Meeting we elect a new member to the Nominating Committee. It is a 5 year term in which each year the expiring delegate serves as chairman. Normally, only 1 elected each year, however, this year we have 2 spots open as we had 1 resignation.

Kevin Dailey - 4 year term

Stamford Y.C., Storm Trysail Club and the New York Yacht Club. Past YRALIS VP & board member.

June Kendrick - 5 year term

Lloyd Harbor YC. Long time member of the PHRF Committee for YRA LIS.
